## What is OnLynk?

**OnLynk** is a link-in-bio and landing-page tool. You build a public **link page** — with buttons, cards, and social links — then share the URL everywhere. Depending on your plan, you unlock analytics, custom domains, geo rules, deeplinks, cloaking, direct links, a chatbot, and Meta Pixel.

A typical journey:

1. Create an account → sign in to the dashboard
2. Pick a plan that matches the features you need
3. _(Optional)_ Create or join an **organization** for shared pages (Agency plans)
4. Create a **link page**, set a **slug**, add content, and publish
5. Share your public URL — default host or a **custom domain**

## Step-by-step

### 1. Create your account

Go to **[onlynk.me/signup](https://onlynk.me/signup)** and choose between:

- **Google OAuth** — one click, no password needed
- **Email OTP** — enter your email, click the code sent to your inbox

Review [Terms of Service](https://docs.onlynk.me/legal/) and [Privacy Policy](https://onlynk.me/privacy) if needed before continuing.

### 2. Choose a plan

Open **Billing** in the dashboard to see current plan options. Free plan is active by default.

| Plan | Best for | Key features unlocked |
|---|---|---|
| **Free** | Testing the product | 1 published page, basic customization |
| **Creator** | Influencers & solo creators | Analytics, deeplinks, direct links, cloaking, chatbot, custom domain, Meta Pixel |
| **Agency** | Teams & agencies | All Creator features + Organizations, multiple members, API access |
| **Custom** | Large-scale needs | Tailored limits, SLA, custom integrations — [contact us](https://onlynk.me/demo) |

OnLynk accepts both **card** (Stripe) and **cryptocurrency** (Radom) payments. You can switch between annual and monthly billing; annual plans include 2 months free.

After subscribing, premium sections appear in the dashboard automatically — no page reload needed.

### 3. Create your first link page

1. In the dashboard, click **Create new page** (or **New link**).
2. Choose **Personal** or an **organization** as the page owner.
3. Set a **slug** (your public URL handle):
   - **3–32** characters
   - Allowed: `a-z`, `A-Z`, `0-9`, `_`, `.`
   - Cannot start or end with `.`
   - Must be unique — you'll see an error if it's taken

<div class="doc-callout doc-callout--tip">
  <strong>Tip</strong>: Your slug becomes part of your public URL (<code>onlynk.me/yourslug</code> or <code>yourdomain.com/yourslug</code>). Choose something short and memorable.
</div>

4. Add title, description, links, cards, and styling in the editor.

See **[Create your first link page](https://docs.onlynk.me/create-your-first-link/)** for a full field-by-field guide.

### 4. Publish

New pages default to **published**. Use the **Published** toggle in the page toolbar to control visibility:

- **On** → your page is publicly accessible
- **Off** → the URL returns a 404 for visitors (useful while editing)

<div class="doc-callout doc-callout--caution">
  <strong>Plan limit</strong>: The number of simultaneously published pages is capped by your plan. If you hit the limit, unpublish a page you no longer need or upgrade.
</div>

### 5. Share your URL

- **Default URL:** `https://onlynk.me/<slug>`
- **Custom domain:** verify a domain in **Settings → Domains**, then your page is available at `https://yourdomain.com` or `https://links.yourdomain.com`

Share the URL in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, email signature, YouTube description, or anywhere you have one link to give.

## Organizations _(Agency plan)_

If your plan includes **organizations**, you can create shared workspaces where a team manages pages together. See **[Organizations & teams](https://docs.onlynk.me/organizations-and-teams/)** for the full guide.

If your plan does not include orgs, you only have a **personal** workspace.

## FAQ

### My slug is rejected

Check length (3–32 chars), allowed characters (`a-z A-Z 0-9 _ .`), and leading/trailing dots. If the slug is already taken, choose another — the editor shows an "already exists" error.

### "Requires Pro plan" when creating a page

You've hit your plan's published page limit. Either upgrade or unpublish a page you no longer need, then try again.

### I subscribed but premium features don't appear

Hard refresh the dashboard (`Cmd+Shift+R` / `Ctrl+Shift+R`). If the issue persists, sign out and back in. Contact support if it continues.

### Can I change my slug later?

Yes — edit the slug in the page settings. Note that your old URL will stop working immediately; update any links you've already shared.

### What payment methods are accepted?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, and cryptocurrency via Radom. Both billing methods support automatic renewal.
